At CurrentBody, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty technology purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain devices and consumables must remain sealed and unused to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your device in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and promotional gifts that were included with the order.

  Ship the Item

  Print your generated pre-paid shipping label or use the provided QR code at an authorized drop-off point to send your parcel back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the returned device to ensure it meets our quality standards, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
